Co-Pays & Deductibles

You are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles required by your insurance plan, which may include additional fees for labs or medications.

Insurance

We strive to make quality mental health care affordable, which is why we work with select insurance companies. All visits are subject to co-pays as required by your insurance plan. If you have questions concerning your benefits, please give us a call, and our staff will be happy to assist. Also, we can see clients who are out-of-network, our provider can issue you a “superbill” to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for details on your level of possible reimbursement for out-of-network visits.

Cancellations

Please take note that there will be a cancellation fee for showing up late to scheduled appointments. Any cancellations made in less than 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a no-show fee of $100. Therefore, we encourage you to call ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
