Initial Comprehensive psychiatric Evaluation

Initial visit with Mending health care will last for 60minutes. This is where we explore and address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, we want to know your medical history, your symptoms, any situation/trauma which you are going through. All your encounters with the provider is very confidential. We want to know your social, family background and any pertinent biopsychosocial needs you may want us to know. We prioritize a holistic approach and aim to empower our clients with the right tools and skills necessary for long-term success. We want to be successful in your care, diagnosis, and treatment plan. How to Prepare
